Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
So I just learned that all of a sudden with no warning that printing from a dymo printer in stocky is no longer available for PC users. Shopify has blamed Dymo and of course you can't even get in touch with Dymo right now. Anyone else having this issue and as angry as me?? @Shopify I really think you need to try very hard to get this rectified quickly for your users!!! This is extremely frustrating!!!
HI Kevin here at Papanui cycles. Yes I have the same issue I did get a call through to Dymo and been advised that there is a issue with PC users not apple user for printing. I did also get a call to shopify whom advised me that were working on a fix and update on this issue.
I do agree that no notice was given from shopify or dymo. I am having to currently use the printer label within shopify, but having to print off label outside of stocky. Stocky itself should be more open to updates and a separate Team from shopify for support on Stocky.
Lets hope this gets resolved asap.
