Edit details included on POS email receipt

Hi! The email receipt sent to POS customers does not include a breakdown of all payment methods used for the transaction. I've attached examples below of the paper receipt and email receipt for the same transaction. You can see the paper receipt gives a breakdown of the payment methods ie gift card & mastercard however the email receipt only shows a gift card was used. Hoping someone knows how I can fix this... Thank you!

Hey Saraelmore,

If you want to tweak the details in your POS email receipts, the best approach is to customize the receipt template directly from your Shopify Admin. You can do this by going to Settings > Notifications, then scrolling down to the Point of Sale section where you can find the email receipt template.

From there, you can edit the HTML and text to add or change whatever details you want. If you’re not familiar with HTML, it might take a bit of trial and error, or you can get a developer to help out. This gives you a lot of flexibility to make the receipt look exactly how you want, but be careful when editing so you don't accidentally remove something important.

Hope that helps!
