Hi,
Is there any option to edit or change a POS exchange or sale after I mistakenly choose a wrong option?
For example, a customer want to exchange sizes of t-shirt he bought. When I scan the ticket I have the option print a receipt, refund or exchange. Usually I refund the client with a gift card. I do this because if I exchange a product I only can do it once and if the client decides he want to exchange it a second time the ipad POS says I should do it on the admin website.
So what I would like to know is if there is a way to change the way I do the refund. A bunch of times I mistakenly refund the client with out activating the gift card and it would be great if that could be edited somehow.
