Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi! We have transitioned to Shopify POS from another system. I can see how to email a customer a receipt out of the POS, but not out of the Shopify Admin website. Some of our customers may need copies of 10+ receipts, so emailing them 10 individual receipts is clunky at best. Is there a way to access the receipts in the admin? I can see the orders, but not the formatted original purchase receipts, which is what our customers' accounting departments actually need. Thanks!

This is a great question! To make sure I understand the end goal I am going to reiterate what we are trying to do. You want to be able to email multiple receipts to customers for order placed via the POS.
You can bulk print (to PDF) order receipts from the admin and then email them to respective client. The default template for these receipts may not have the information you are looking for though. In that case I recommend using the Order Printer App to bulk print these orders as you can alter and create multiple templates for the receipts you are printing. You can adjust a template to have a layout more similar to the POS receipt and ensure it has all the information that your clients accounting dept might require.
