Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi
When we send an email receipt from our POS to a customer, we can see the customer created from their name on the credit card, but the email address says "no email provided" - while the order history shows "receipt sent to [customer email].
1. How/where can we capture all these emails addresses so we can contact our customers?
2. why is their email from the receipt not added to their contact?
