Hello so for some reason, my employees are being asked to create separate Shopify accounts in order to get onto the point of sale app. I thought it was just me given them a code to login and they login with that code.

That's odd! We're unable to authenticate folks here in the Community Forums, @ENIGMA2, so I'm not privy to the specifics of your Point of Sales set up or the number of POS staff accounts you may have. We do have some help center documents here that outline how to go about adding POS staff either as 'Staff' members of POS only staff; your staff shouldn't need to be creating their own unique Shopify accounts in order to be able to use your POS hardware as staff members.

I recommend reaching out to our Authenticated Support Team so you can get some assistance with this issue, as we'll want to collect some additional context and get some more information around what it is you and your staff are experiencing. If you open your Shopify POS app, and go to 'More > Support > Contact Support' you will be presented with some contact methods you can use to reach out Retail Specialists directly. I recommend using the information housed there when you can to reach out to our Retail Team so we can take a closer look into what you're experiencing and help get things set up as expected.
