EQUIPMENT DID NOT ARRIVE

I ordered the POS Terminal Countertop Kit for USB-C Tablets, and the Shopify store suggested, "Would you like to add the Connection Hub to enable Ethernet connectivity for your compatible USB-C tablet?" 

 

I accepted the Connection Hub and paid $39 for it, but it did not arrive with my Countertop Kit. It appears on my packing slip, but the Connection Hub is NOT in the box. 

 

How do I get this piece of equipment being that I have already paid for it?
