error code 418

Have been using POS this morning, it has logged me out and not letting me back in showing an error code 418. how can i reset this?

Many thanks - have tried all these options already, its only 1 of my ipads - on same network, same account, very strange
I am in contact with Shopify for a solutions to fix this
