Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Earlier this year I was able to connect my Tap and Chip to my POS app on my Android phone. I go to test it today and it says I need to sync it. It discovers the device and says "this is taking longer than usual". Then it flashes a message I can't read about the battery and 50% (it shows a full charge and is plugged in). But every time it says "Card reader update failed".
I have a booth tomorrow and this is really a problem.
