EXCHANGE FOR SHOPIFY POS

I need some help. We have 15 sales locations with Shopify POS, we work with sales of cell phone accessories, and we often add discounts to the sale of products for our customers.
However, lately we have been having difficulty with exchanges because when making the exchange through the POS, the previous discount does not apply to the new exchange product. I need an app that can help with this since every time I talk to Shopify, they only schedule an appointment to see it and have not given us a solution yet.

I can think of two ways, either change the way you discount items using compare_at_price field or create an automatic discount that only works on POS. 

Not sure what the App Store has in terms of returns and exchanges for POS, but this sort of custom functionality can be achieved working with a shopify developer.

So today we really need an app that works to exchange our products using the discount and the option to refund or not refund.
