Hello,

 

I like the recent enhancements to the Customer Facing Display. However, there is a major functionality enhancement I'm hoping for. 

 

When a customer approaches the counter to check out, it would be fantastic if that person could log in on the customer-facing display with their phone number or email address allowing them to see their rewards progress and pick through them. This would automatically add them to the order and save the employee from having to ask, "What's your name?" "Can you spell that?" "What's your phone number?" "What's your email address?" "Can you say that again?" That whole process is awkward for both the customer and the employee, it's slow and inefficient. 

 

Allowing the customer to do it, reduces errors, makes it fun and engaging for them, saves time, and gives them something to do while the employee is ringing up their items. A system called Five Stars does this very well. Customers really enjoy using it and it elevates their experience.
