The change a year or two ago when they messed up the customer addresses, all our clients in the POS without a shipping address were set to our store address instead of no address. They have since changed some of that. Now, there is a new issue where clients who have had shipping addresses show up fine in the past are now showing with no shipping address. One client we have entered her address 5 times. We are getting fed up with the instability of this 'chaos first' development style at Shopify. Change JUST for the fact of change does not equal better or improved. Since you like to change things so much, here is another suggestion for a change!
The most basic of asks for our feature request: from these multiple entered addresses already in the system, let us click a box that says 'set as default shipping address' or 'set as default billing address'. On admin. BOOM. DONE. How easy is that? Try making something EASY for us. THANKS!
(secondary note for devs that obviously do not use the system like a user: multiple addresses are on a pop up window of all things, in pos and admin, so we can't even view the original screen - do you even try asking your users how they use the system? Sit with me for a couple hours and you'll be shocked at how many times you say 'oh, I didn't realize how painful that action is').
LABELS: Shipping - why is that not a label option? I can't even with this system anymore.
