I have sent the payment though UPI paytm and here are the screenshot for the referance and i have not recieved anything after the payment. Is there any way i can track down this store or can contact them?

Look like this is a new store, and there are chances that they could be a fraud, Did you try to contact them using the following details?
Note: do not buy from domains that include "myshopify" in the URL. This means that the store has not purchased any domain as well and they are just using the free Shopify domain which comes with 14 days free trial.

Thank you so much for looking into my matter, I did get their email somehow but you found the address, this is more than enough for me. I'll find out to way to get in touch with them.

No news from them, I tried to search the number but its not available. So what i did was i told the nearby shops to contact them but they said the shop is closed since 6 months so not sure weather I'll get the product or not.
Is there a way we can raise a fraud request on the store so that other don't get scammed?
Is there a way we can stop these temporary 15 days trial shops? Because when i was searching for answers i found lot of users who got scammed on Shopify and they were blaming shopify for that. So i guess the overall image of shopify is getting damaged by this. Is there any way we can reach the higher team and complain for the same?

Yes, you are right, this looks like a serious problem, someone from Shopify needs to look into this, you can mail with all the details you have here https://help.shopify.com/en/support/topic-select/starting-a-store/contact/email
you can also mention this ticket URL in the email.
Maybe someone from shopify will look into this.
