I did not have a Shopify account, but this morning Shopify transaction wetn off my Credit Card. I have been trying to get hold of a way to contact support, so the transaction can be stopped or reported, thus I had to open an account....and have been looped from one article to the next, but still no contact info for support. Could someone please assist me.
You know, I've been having the same issue. My husband and I placed an order in June 2023 and NEVER received it. Getting a hold of customer service here is a complete joke and I've had it with them. Nearly 10 emails and still no reply. I'm reporting Shopify to the BBB. As for your situation, go to your financial institution credit card issuer and report it immediately. Most of them will refund your money and they do the investigation. Good luck
And you know what....still no answer. I had to go through the whole banking system to get helped ( as a side note: I live in Africa, nothing is fast or easy here.
If shopify admin had a easier way of getting hold of them, they could have stopped the transaction already and done the refund. But now I had to stop cards etc.
