Getting POS from physical store to work with Shopify store

Has anyone kept their brick and mortar store's Point of Sale and gotten it to work with Shopify? I have a physical store and all the records are kept in our Winsale Point of Sale.  I need our Shopify site to work with our existing POS, keeping tabs on inventory, etc.  Thank you.
