I gotta tell you.. Im getting sick and tired of it.. We have to constantly FORGET DEVICE on both the Ipad and the App then reconnect everything.. Just about every 7 days.. Its really embarrasing having lost connection in front of customers.. When we are busy and it happens, it causes problems and customers to leave our store.
Just never stays connected.. SHOPIFY NEEDS TO FIX THIS or we are going to find a new POS system..
I've had this issue too. Are there any other scanner options? Doesn't seem we have much choice.
This happens to us when there is a pos software update that needs installed. Quite annoying that the updates don't take place automatically even though we have ut set up to do so. Once we install the update the connection issue is resolved until the next time an update is available
