Gift Card Not Recognised In POS

We create a gift card in Admin.

When trying to use this gift card as payment on POS (scanning barcode or entering code), the gift card is not recognised.

POS is setup for gift card payments.

Anyone else experiencing this, or have any suggestions?

Our bad...

Click on Checkout, then select Gift Card as a payment option.

Interface is a bit clunky as the camera automatically loads up to 'scan' the card - bit unnecessary with a scanner  but apparently this can't be avoided currently.

Still, payment by gift card is possible.
