Have Mpop & mpop scanner, have SKU…. But POS says no 🤔

Heya all.

we’re opening our 2nd physical store and we want it all connected with our shopify site, so we are using Mpop tills and scanners with shopify POS

i’ve been wanting to start using SKUs to differentiate between variants - as some of my products like Hot Wheels all have the same barcode.

so, i made up some SKUs, converted them to scannable barcodes using google sheets and Libre barcode 39 extended text font.

but with scanning, POS says ‘barcode not recognised’

so… i am getting a successful scan - but SKU is not scannable in POS?

am I missing something?
