Having trouble with the "New" pos system... it frequently double adds products when scanning products into a sale.
at least once a week a customer is accidentally overcharged now as the staff don't always notice it has happened.
Didn't happen before the update to the new pos.
Any thoughts on how to fix it.
Just trying to find the "chat button" for getting help from shopify tech is a challenge (over going in circles looking for it - it should be at the top of the page!
