Having trouble with the "New" pos system... it frequently double adds products when scanning products into a sale.
at least once a week a customer is accidentally overcharged now as the staff don't always notice it has happened.
Didn't happen before the update to the new pos.
Any thoughts on how to fix it.
Just trying to find the "chat button" for getting help from shopify tech is a challenge (over going in circles looking for it - it should be at the top of the page!

We had this issue this morning as well - first time it's happened...
I found another thread with others with the same issue, the fix was to update the app, I haven't done that and tested it yet, but Image it should work
