Help! I need assistance with processing my first orders.

I have watched the videos on this over and over but the buttons they talk about do not appear on my screen.  I placed one order and really do not know how I did it and now after the video  I know I have done something wrong.  Thanks

To clarify, can you please provide me with some more context regarding the buttons not appearing on your screen as you mentioned? I want to ensure that I'm on the same page moving forward. As well, was the order you are referring to a test order that you've placed? When you receive an online order, the following will occur: 

 

  • You receive a new order notification by email.
  • The Orders page of Shopify shows the new order.
  • The customer receives an order confirmation email.
  • Order processing begins.
