Has anyone else experienced this?
I have purchased 6, yes.. 6! Mpop registers ($3k worth) and every time i connect them, they completely brick after a few transactions. All functionality stops and the unit won't reset, pair, or respond.
Any insight is helpful
I have been in email chats with "level 2" support for 2 weeks with zero resolve. ($10k in loss for my business later, still no resolve)
