We are ready to go live with our online store but for the life of me, I cannot locate where or how to ensure that
1. Our employees in our physical store using POS will be notified (to pull and process) any online purchases. I see email but that seems a bit inefficient to have employees minute by minute pulling up email.
2. For those of us away from the physical shop to get sound notifications on our mobile devices for online purchases.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to set up these notifications?
