Help with Guest accounts + Smile

Hi 

I have uploaded smile points into Shopify, which makes the customer a 'guest' account, rather than a 'member' in Smile, but they are 'subscribed' in Shopify.

Smile say it is a Shopify problem, not a smile problem.  Can anyone assist with how to make it work?
