Hiding sales from staff when closing drawer?

Hi! 

We just had our soft opening today and walked our new employee through closing the drawer. I noticed that on one of the screens it shows our gross sales from the day (cash, card, etc). Is there a way to hide this from staff?? We don't want to have to count the drawer every damn day. HELP!
