How can I apply two different VAT rates to one product?

Hi there,

Can someone please tell me how to apply 2 VAT rates to one product. For example, an item that I sell fully assembled is €1000. This is made up of €800 at 23% plus labour €200 at 13.5%.  I need to incorporate that €200 into most of the items we sell as they arrive unassembled. On my old system I had a category for labour and was able to make that part of the total price when added the item to my inventory. Any ideas ?
