Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I bought a television . It’s not working only just over a year old . All I have is my bank statement with the ref of the store .
I have deleted emails so have no way of contacting them .

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful. As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, reaching out to the business that you made the purchase from would be best in this situation. You may be able to find the deleted emails by checking your trash folder, typically when an email is deleted from the inbox it is moved to the trash folder and deleted at a later date.
Since I am unable to access any store specific information over the Community forums, I am unable to look into the transaction. If you are unable to find the email, my suggestion would be to speak to your bank about the situation you are experiencing. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online order and attempt to put you in contact with the business.
