Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I just rang up a customer in my store using my Shopify POS. I later realized that I rang up the wrong item. I went back and added the item the customer did take home and then tried to return the wrong item so that it would go back into my Shopify inventory. It is now saying that I need to refund my customer and that I made $0. But this is not true - I should have a sale showing up on my home page. How can I cancel the refund owed notification and see my true sales?
