Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I work for CrossFit Mayhem. We primarily sell online at mayhemnation.com but also have a store inside our gym. Our gym is open on Saturdays from 8:30-10:30, so our store is as well. I am wanting to run a report to see how much money we make on Saturdays to determine if it's worth it to keep the store open. Is there a way to do this? I need to select our store POS and then filter our sales by Saturday for the entire year.
Unfortunately, there is no way to do this with Shopify platform. However, you can try to export CSV and try using excel to do the filter
Hi there - as mentioned prior, this isn’t possible in Shopify natively. However our Report Toaster app can do this. Feel free to take a look and let us know if you need any help. Thanks!
Hi Jesser!
Our analytics app tool Cube Reports lets you do this.
It is an OLAP cube super easy to use. You can aggregate your sales by any day of the week during months, quarter, years.
Please try it and let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
Sebastian
Claudia here from Better Reports.
Have you been able to find a solution to this? If not, I would recommend our app Better Reports.
All of our sales reports can be filtered by day of the week. We could also create a heat map showing the sales per hour of the day and day of the week to see when the Saturday sales happen.
In addition to this, Better Reports has more than 60 built-in reports available out of the box that cover many common use cases for merchants. You can schedule reports to run at set frequencies to your email or Google Drive or export the reports in CSV, Excel or PDF format.
I encourage you to install Better Reports and start your free 14-day trial and I'll be happy to set this up for you.
