How can I generate POS reports on an hourly basis?

Hi there, I would like to be able to pull a report so I can evaluate the opening times of our physical location.  I can find an hour by hour report for the online store but not for the POS.  Can anyone help please?

I don't know if it's available. I'll check when I'm at a computer. But
