Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I need a subscription refund from POS Shopify. My account has been inactive for a while now, as I created a whole new store and is working on getting it up and running. I specifically remembered deactivating it, however, I am still being currently billed for an app that I have not used and is not using. I can't find anywhere how to contact customer service to shut down my account and request a subscription refund. Please help.
