How can I improve customer experience with venue sales POS customization?

Hello - we use Shopify to run a musical artists site, we have started to use the POS at the venue for in person sales and while we really love the back end portion - the customer experience could use some overhauling.

1. Would like a customer facing screen - so I don't have to turn my ipad. While I am adding items to their cart they could create an online account and sign up for marketing.

2. After adding all items to cart and selecting credit card - I would like the confirmation and tip screen to be combined. 1 less click to speed up the check out process.

3. Would like the ability to add a custom thank you message to the receipt page - with an option to sign up for marketing emails/txts.

 

Would also like the ability to custom create my reports for my needs. I have to use a couple different reports and hand input data into an excel sheet to get the settlement report that I want.
