Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
We're having an in-store sale this weekend and we have some items that are marked down to a sale price. We've updated those items on our online store to reflect the price on the red sticker in-store. The issue is, we want to offer a percentage off the original price of the sale item (giving customers a better deal) but I can't seem to manually change the price in the POS to reflect the original price of the product, only the sale price comes up. Is there a way around this? It's incredibly inconvenient when we're busy to have to go back and forth between apps to change the price of the product.
Thanks!
Also looking for the same price override feature for my client.
Best,
Kaila
