Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hello I would like to return an item in the Shopify Pos system. I have watched a video and think I do not have the 'return' option. How do I get this right

Happy to help out today! The lack of a return button here would indicate that this order is one that was previously edited, returned, or exchanged. If it has been changed, the order will not be able to be returned via your POS app. You will instead go into your Shopfiy admin (Admin > Orders) to refund the order.
