How can I request a callback from customer service?

I would like to request a callback at 229-886-6011 or 229-496-6836. The help center takes you in circles and does not give you a way to reach out for a callback .

Have you tried performing local troubleshooting steps to fix the issue you're encountering with creating a callback support ticket? If you haven't yet, please try to do so as you're likely running into a local issue. Feel free to perform the steps below and try reaching out to our support team by visiting after each step.


  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues. When using incognito, if you are still experiencing the error, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.


Any of the steps should fix the issue but if you still aren't able to create a support ticket, since you have a retail and point of sale concern, you may contact our retail support team through the Shopify POS app. Once you open the app, tap the hamburger menu on the lower left-hand corner, then tap Support.
