I would like to request a callback at 229-886-6011 or 229-496-6836. The help center takes you in circles and does not give you a way to reach out for a callback .

Have you tried performing local troubleshooting steps to fix the issue you're encountering with creating a callback support ticket? If you haven't yet, please try to do so as you're likely running into a local issue. Feel free to perform the steps below and try reaching out to our support team by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V after each step.
Any of the steps should fix the issue but if you still aren't able to create a support ticket, since you have a retail and point of sale concern, you may contact our retail support team through the Shopify POS app. Once you open the app, tap the hamburger menu on the lower left-hand corner, then tap Support.
