How can I restore the connection between Vend and Shopify?

Vend and Shopify were linked and working well, now for some reason they are not communicating. Now our online inventory is very out, and internet sales are not being recorded in our daily totals.

 

How do I reconnect them??

Thank you so much for sharing your question with us. Since Shopify offers an in-house POS solution, there is no integration for Vend that is supported by Shopify.

 

With that being said, I did some research and it looks like perhaps Vend has developed one. I assume this may have been the integration you used on your store to connect the two platforms? If so, I highly recommend reaching out to Vend to troubleshoot your issues and have your concerns addressed.

 

On the other hand, if you found another third-party integration, or had one custom-built, it's important to reconnect with the developers that helped build this connection. I can also suggest consulting a Shopify Expert for custom assistance with your needs.
