How can I set up a buy-back option for toy soldiers on Shopify?

Hi all,

I am pretty new to Shopify. I am planning to launch new e-store with toy soldiers. 

Toy soldier can be not painted, painted, partially painted and new. When I am selling new toy soldiers, I am buying stock from the wholesalers. There is also variant, I want to buy out painted or/and partially painted toy soldiers form my clients. 

Is there any mechanism in Shopify, which enables me to do these "buy outs" from my customer? It means I would automatically buy good from my customers. 

I have seen, that some stores sorting is out by sending money to customers, usually like 50% of the retail price, if they sending them money. If they buy other good in store, they give them vouchers for e.g. 60-70% price of the product to motivate customers to buy again.

Can you help me, if this mechanism is possible to process through Shopify too or I need to do some custom coding with a programmer / plug-ins?
