How can I sync Zettle sales data with my Shopify reports?

I've started using PayPal's zettle POS system for my in-person sales and while it's working well and partially integrates with Shopify, I can't figure out how to sync the sales data. Essentially, when I make a sale using zettle, my inventory on Shopfiy updates but these sales are not shown in my financial reports and analytics. Does anyone know how to fix this?
