How can I track offline conversions from online ads?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a way to measure Google Ads / Social Ads conversions for my retail stores. We use Shopify online and Shopify POS in store. The online measurement is easy. But we are trying to get insight in who has seen an add before a offline purchase in one of our stores. Is there a way to do this?
