How can I track sales by market using POS without allocating inventory?

Hello,

I have an online store but also want to sell in the markets. I will either sell in cash or through an external card reader. All my items are in one location, but obviously I carry some of them with me when I visit markets. What I understood is that "location" is used for physical storage areas. How can I set up my stores so that I can track my sales by market without going into the burden of allocating my inventory to a market in app?
