Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hi there,
My name is Jess and i am an owner of the outdoor collective. I have been trying for some months now to verify my identification so we can get paid out for the balance pending from online sales but unfortunately no matter what form of identification i use it will not verify me. Please help as we need to have these finds reimbursed to our bank account as soon as possible.

Do you have an open ticket with our support team about the verification issues you are facing? If yes, please reply back to that open ticket to request help with the review. If not, please follow the steps below.
