The Shopify system will automatically send out an order confirmation email when customers complete their purchases. If this is the email that you're referring to, then you can edit the notification templates directly through the settings ('Settings > Notifications') of your admin. Or, if you're referring to orders from Shopify POS, then you can manage receipts to reprint receipts or resend the via email.
On the other hand, you can also create marketing automations in Shopify and send a post-purchase thank you to your customers. There are also third-party email marketing apps, such as Klaviyo, Privy, Omnisend, or Mailchimp, that can create email automations as well. If you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you.
