How do you redeem a gift card, purchased on our website, in the physical store?

We are not using Shopify POS. And we don't yet have our entire inventory on our website. Is there a way we can "redeem" a portion of the gift card in Shopify, while processing the inventory through the system in our physical store?

There's no straightforward way to redeem a gc without using Shopify POS, AFAIK.

You could disable the card, and issue a new one for the amount of the remaining balance.
