How quickly are deposits made?

I currently use Square POS in my brick and mortar store but have a Shopify website. Square deposits are posted to my business account by the next day. Sales on my website can take 2-3 days to post to my account. I'm trying to find out if in store sales will be treated the same as the website sales. I am located in the USA.
