Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I want to add a QR code onto POS Receipt for customer reviews...
I tried using the logo upload feature, but the size/format requirement render the QR code unusable...(and incidentally, would skew my actual logo to the point where this feature is useless)...
I know that technically this can be done because if I select to the "include barcode" option, then I see a nicely formatted QR code which presumably works, but of course, that code doesn't do what I want...
This should be really simple and easy to do so I'm either missing something or this is yet another example of Shopify being inflexible...
Has anyone done this/figured this out (without adding yet another app)?

Nevermind....I figured this out...
I just needed to create a background that meets the format requirements then paste the QR code within it...

We're pleased to let you know that there are better ways to achieve this. You can customize receipts by adding more information including custom QR codes. Please follow this tutorial for specific steps.
Kindly note that this customization is available only to merchants using Shopify POS Pro.
