How to adjust receipt paper size for POS printer?

Hello I recently purchased smaller receipt paper for my POS receipt printer, it is currently printing but the words are being cut off. How can I adjust the size of the paper that we are currently using? On the preview to the receit paper it gives me the option to see a more narrow receipt but when I press save, it doesn't change anything. Any help???

I don't think you can change the receipt paper size -- it defaults to a size based on the printer you are using. The narrow receipt format is only available if you are using the mPOP integrated cash drawer & printer.
