How to Create Custom Liquid Code for Ready for Pickup for two different locations

Hi, 

I have two locations where customers can pickup their orders. each location requires a different message for pickup instructions.

The message is longer than 255 characters, so I need to customize the code to make this happen.

Can someone help me code this?
