How to get auto discount to work for POS without Pro Plan?

I sat on chat for 2 hours only to be told that in order to to have an auto discount work for POS you have to have the Pro Plan. Worst part about all of it i asked the Rep if that was the case and I was told no that it came with  all accounts. Super frustrating while at an event.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear that there was some miscommunication and that you were waiting around for so long. I understand that must have been especially frustrating at an event.


For your reference (and in case others are coming across this post looking for POS plan details), you can compare the POS Lite and POS Pro plan features here: POS feature overview.


I also wanted to share that you can contact the Retail Support team directly through the POS app by going to More > Support > Contact support. I can't guarantee that the wait time for support will be shorter, though it's worth a try to call Retail Support when you're at an event rather than waiting in the chat queue.
