How to get shopify to pay you your funds?

I'm having so many issues with shopify. I just paid $50 for to be able to take credit card payments. I made about $300 in one day and shopify won't pay me my funds. The merchandise has gone out to all my customers already and I haven't been paid since May. We're now in july and still nothing. The agent suggested I deactivate my account. I'm scared if I deactivate it. I won't get my payments at all. I showed attitude which maybe slowed down the process I think in helping me. So none of the agents are helping me saying that they're escalating it, but I haven't got an email saying anything about escalating or help about the situation. What do you do when a platform's not gonna pay you?
