How to handle partially refunded orders in my store?

When ever I partially refund an order, the order still shows as listed in bold black type and not grey, even though the order has been shipped and fulfilled. How do I get these orders to grey out like the others?

Also to note, these partially refunded orders continue to show as a New Order.
